PNCFL Pacific Northwest Council for Languages

The 2024 PNCFL Regional Spring Conference will be March 21-23 in Seattle!

PNCFL is excited to announce that the 2024 Spring Regional Conference will be held in person at the University of Washington,  (Seattle) March 21-23, 2024. We will be celebrating our 75th anniversary and the fact that PNCFL is the oldest of the five regionals.  Our keynote speaker is our own local celebrity Rick Steves.

National French Contest Registration

2024 Contest Dates

Grades 1-6 (FLES): February 12 - March 6, 2024

Grades 7-12 (levels 01-5): February 14 - April 8, 2024

AATF members receive a 50% reduction in the cost of student registration to the Grand Concours!


If you teach at a Title 1 school and have never participated in Le Grand Concours, you may sign up this year and receive up to 100 free entries for your students.

AATF Annual Convention

The 2024 AATF Convention will be held at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside, California from July 7-10. The theme is  “Durabilité, Équité, Virtualité!/ Sustainability, Equity, Virtuality!” and the Call for Proposals are due December 15. See information HERE.
