The Stagg Craft Show is held by the Music Boosters during the school year. Held every March and November, the craft shows showcase the finest crafters in the area. The money raised through these events benefits the entire Stagg music program: from band to choir to guard!

We are in need of many parents and student volunteers to help this run smoothly and successfully. The event is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and run to 4:00 PM. We will need volunteers to help with setup, exhibitor wrangling, and cleanup.
The Music Boosters are asking all music families volunteer some much needed adult help as well. If all music families can volunteer an adult for 2-3 time slots, we will be in GREAT shape! There are many tasks that require minimal physical effort and can be performed sitting down. There is something for everyone!
Below are the duties the Craft Show typically requires:
Set Up: Tape booth perimeters on gym floors, put up chairs, tables, and signs.
Exhibitor Traffic Control: Direct exhibitors to the correct parking areas.
Exhibitor Carry-in Assistance: Help exhibitors bring in their merchandise.
Exhibitor Check-in: Check exhibitors in, hand out packets of information, collect raffle items.
Entrance Fee Table: Collect entrance fee from shoppers.
Raffle Table: Collect raffle prizes from check in tables, tag items and put out on display tables, sell raffle tickets to attendees.
Concessions: Set up concession stand, sell and serve refreshments.
Exhibitor Carry-out Assistance: Help exhibitors carry out their merchandise.
