When are your appointments?

Appointments will be from 8:30 am until Noon, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting February 5th and ending April 12th, 2025.  

How do I get an appointment?

First, you must stop by The Shepherd's Center (636 Gralin Street) and pick up your tax packet.  Fill out the questionnaire and locate all of the required tax documents.

Second, we will call you to schedule your appointment within 10 business days after you have picked up your tax packet.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

Face masks are not required at this time.  If you want to wear one during your time with us, please bring your own.  We will not be providing face masks to our clients this year.

Please do not come to the Center if you are not feeling well or have a fever.  We have plenty of appointments available and we'll reschedule you.

What areas are out of scope for Tax-Aide?

• Depreciation

• Rental Income (Other than land)

• Home Office Expenses

• Solar Panels

• Electric Vehicles

• Most Form K-1’s 

• Disposing of Digital Assets (Crypto Currency)

If you have any of the above, we are sorry, but we cannot prepare your return.
