I accept payment via Paypal & Ko-fi, for IDR I accept bank transfer & GoPay.

Commission for personal use only, contact me for further discussion regarding commercial use.

Back down from bidding & refund is unacceptable as invoice will always have 30 days due date.

I have the right to refuse an order if it doesn't match with the service I provide.

Never remove the credit, drawn over, or claim any art as yours. You can credit me with either my Toyhouse or Artstation .

My art & designs is not for NFT, feeding AI, and or hateful speeches beside storytelling purpose.

It is recommended to pay after the rough sketches are finalized.

Finished orders will not be delivered until the payments are fully complete. Please contact me if you didn't receive your order in time or after 1 month after fully paying the order.

You'll receive invoice upon your order at worst 48 hours after the payment, please contact me if you didn't receive any

I'll notify you when an order needs to be hold at worst 1 day before due time

I'm not accepting refund, so please be mindful before ordering

You are free to check the progress, but please be mindful on the interval (approx. 1 week after last check)

All adopts and customs will only be held on Toyhou.se and you'll be responsible for telling me the owner change if you own it outside toyhouse

All of my designs will have trading cooldown for 1 week.

Fail to uphold any of the rules above and each categories will get warning and eventually, blacklist.

Maximum revisions 3x per phase of an order (rough sketch, render, final touch), beyond that will be charged $5. Major changes like pose in the final touch phase will be charged 50% from your order.

Additional characters will be charged 25% from total price.

I have the right to increase the price if the order has complex details both in character and in background.

You can request to keep your order results private.

I will not do: NSFW/fetish, mecha, lip-to-lip kissing, furry, heavy gore, & very detailed designs.

Maximum revision is 3x for each phase (rough sketch/brainstorming, lining, rendering) for an order. Beyond that will be charged $5. Major changes in the rendering phase will be charged 50% from your order.

You're free to add minor redesign, turn the design to species, or void it from species.

You can ask for a minor redesign (maximum 20% difference) for any designs I've made free of charge for 1x time only. I will refuse major change for free.

I have the rights to showcase my designs as portfolio, however the character is still yours and I'll refer to it accordingly.

Co-ownership is allowed for my designs, however, please don't include me for any dispute regarding the ownership.

You are not allowed to sell above the price it was bought unless there's commissioned or appraised arts/writings.

Graphic design will be provided without charge & can be requested.

You're prohibited to claim my design and any of my art that comes with the design as yours and delete the watermark.

 You're prohibited to do major changes on my designs and must keep it 80% similar.

You're not allowed to delete the original image of the designs I've made; you can however write its description as initial design

Contact me if you plan to turn my designs into species and vice versa

 You're allowed to resell my designs that you bought with money according to the original price you bought it for and any appraised and or commissioned arts/writings.

You're allowed to trade or gift my designs if you got it through any non-monetary measures (raffle, offer).

You're not allowed to sell my designs if it's from any non-monetary measures (raffle, offer).

Never use my designs for hatred speech, racism, or anything that contains malicious intent beside storytelling purpose.
