VISA INFORMATION
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you apply for your visa now.
There are two ways to apply for a visa:
Via a Malaysian Representative Office in your country of residence. Visit the Official Portal of the Immigration Department of Malaysia for more information.
Online via eVisa.
What is eVISA?
eVISA is a hassle-free online platform that simplifies the visa application process by issuing electronic visas to Foreign Nationals wishing to enter Malaysia.

INVITATION LETTER
Depending on your country of origin, some international delegates travelling to Australia may require an official invitation letter to support their visa application and/or funding from their university to attend the conference.
Please download the official invitation letter template signed by the AAPBS Executive Director, Betty J Chung.
Once you have downloaded the document, you can personalise the letter with your individual and university details.
GETTING TO THE CONFERENCE
The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Shah Alam i-CITY.
Kuala Lumpur International Airport: 51 kilometres
Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport: 22 kilometres
There are several options to get to Shah Alam:
Upon arrival at KLIA there will be counters for KLIA Taxis where u can book taxi to the hotel.
Some of the hotels will also provide airport transfer with additional charges, please check with your hotel
E-hailing service Grab. An app that provide hailing services to book rides.
