Non-member registration (accepted paper authors only)

*Regular members and accepted authors are eligible to participate in AAOS 64 Tokyo. We do not open this conference to general audience.

1. Intent to participate

Please complete the Google Form sent via email to confirm accepted authors' intent to participate in AAOS 64 Tokyo. After the AAOS office confirms your intent, the office will send you a guest ID. 

2. Conference registration

After you get your guest ID, please sign in & register via Confit:

The registration fee (including networking reception fee) is 30,000 JPY. Lunches are not included. You can add lunch boxes (each 1,500 JPY). 

Please complete registration and payment by October 11, 2026 (Tokyo time).

If you want to become a member of AAOS, please apply for membership via our membership management system:

Annual member fee is ¥12,000. You need two recommenders who already have AAOS memberships.
