With a background in Learning and Development and a passion for empowering professionals through impactful training programs, I bring a unique blend of instructional design expertise and research-driven insights to every project. I am currently a Learning and Development Program Manager, where I design and implement comprehensive training initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and professional growth. My recent work includes the development of specialized courses in leadership and motivation, such as the Unit 4A course on employee motivation, which I designed as part of my doctoral dissertation.
