Here are some things I did to stay organized and productive!
Freshman Representative (2022-2023)
Current Sophomore Representative (2023-2024)
This helped my committee and I plan events spread throughout the school year! ASB and I also referred back to this document multiple times, since the entire sophomore year schedule was on 1 document! ...How convenient!
This helps me manage funds, item quantities, deliveries (if needed), and each student who purchases an item!
It's very easy to lose count or miss an individual, so such organization is NEEDED!
This is an ASB thing!
After each event, I look back at my personal notes and fill out this lessons learned document, that includes all profit/losses, number of attendees, all improvements and special notes for the future!
I've been running this account since freshman year! This account helps with spirit week reminders, event throwbacks, and important announcements!
It's also a great way to capture and share fun moments! :)
Leading this 15-member committee has been truly AMAZING! We meet weekly, every Monday after school for about an hour, and work together to achieve our goals and plan out all of our events + execute them! I have had such a wonderful experience leading this committee,
Without all of these members, I would not be as successful as a grade representative. You are awesome, Sophomore Committee!
