Support

Welcome to the AACE UK ZOOM  REFLECTIVE PRACTICE GROUP.

We are excited to launch this new offer for 2027.

Many practitioners undertake regular supervision to support their practice (i.e. coaches, counsellors, therapists). There is no such requirement or system to support teachers and educators, many of whom are freelance. Stress and burnout are commonplace in drama schools and in higher education. AACE UK want to change that.

The AACE UK reflective practice group is made up of a maximum of 5 people (teachers, educators & coaches) and an experienced relational facilitator & coach who commit to meeting 4 times a year (every 3 months) for 2 hours. The aim is to invite you to bring the challenges, opportunities, and questions you may have around teaching and learning to enhance and develop your teaching practice.  If you would like to know more, email us at aaceuksteeringcommittee@gmail.com

Safer teaching starts with supported teachers.
