Here are your parts: and I am to entreat you, request
you and desire you, to con them by to-morrow night;
and meet me in the palace wood, a mile without the
town, by moonlight

How it works
The form is open for two weeks, closing at 11pm on Sunday 30th November.
Places are not first-come first-served or assigned by lottery. We will cast based on responses to the form, ensuring people get characters with themes and relationships they are happy with.
We will make a list of everyone who has signed up, to share with everyone after sign up has closed. You will have a week to tell us if there is anyone on the list you could not play closely with, or could not attend the same Larp at all. We will prioritise these requests when assigning characters.
We intend to share the results of casting by mid-December, with payment due to confirm your place by 10th January.
You can find a sketch of the characters in this game here. The casting form will not ask you to rank them, but they're there if you want a look.
Payment
The standard cost for this game is £80.
We have budgeted to be able to offer 3 tickets at a reduced cost of £25.
2 of these are Subsidised tickets, aimed at anyone who feels they need one.
1 is a Community ticket, aimed at anyone who runs LARP, or wants to, but struggles to attend games as a player.
These reduced cost tickets will be assigned by lottery draw. If you apply for the Community ticket but do not get one, we will add you to the pool for the Subsidised tickets. You do not need to justify your choice to us, but it will not be possible to ask for a Standard ticket as a backup.
Full payment is due by 11pm, Saturday 10th January, 2026. If you would prefer to pay by instalments this can be arranged on request.
Cancellations
If you drop out of the game after 11pm 10th January, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will make an effort to find someone on the waitlist who is willing to pay some or all of the cost, but this will become less likely the closer we get to the day of the game.
As organisers we will be planning contingencies to ensure the game can still run even if one or both of us is unavailable. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the game, we will recoup as many costs as we can to refund players. This would likely be around half the original ticket price. We will not proceed with organising the event and taking payments if we are not confident that it will go ahead as planned.
