Sales vs Profit → Total sales reached $2.30M with $286K profit, showing profit margins are thin and fluctuate more than sales, signalling possible discounting or cost issues.
Customer Segmentation → Consumers dominate with 52% of orders, followed by Corporate (30%) and Home Office (18%), indicating a strong retail-driven business model.
Top Categories → Binders (5,974 units) and Paper (5,178 units) are the most ordered products, highlighting high-volume, low-margin categories.
Regional Distribution → States like California and New York contribute heavily to order volume, while central and southern states show weaker activity.
Shipment Performance → Average shipment days vary by state (≈2.9 to 5.7 days), suggesting room for logistics optimization in slower-shipping regions.
While sales continue to grow, profit margins remain thin due to reliance on low-margin products (e.g. Binders, Paper). This highlights the need for margin optimization through pricing adjustments, better discount management, and focus on higher-margin categories.
