GETTING STARTED
1. In App Store Connect, open Users and Access, then Integrations.
2. Create an App Store Connect API key with the Finance role. It covers sales, subscriptions, and payouts. Only an Account Holder or an Admin can create keys.
3. Download the AuthKey_...p8 file. You can download it only once, so keep it safe.
4. In Appvantage, tap connect_account, import the .p8 file, paste your Issuer ID, enter your vendor number, and tap validate.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do I need the Finance role?
The Finance role lets one key read sales, subscription, and payout reports. A Sales and Reports key can read sales but not payouts, which is why the Payouts section may be empty.
Why does it say "couldn't authenticate"?
Check that your Key ID matches the exact .p8 file you imported, that your Issuer ID is correct, and that the key has not been revoked. Tip: keep the file named AuthKey_XXXXXXXXXX.p8 so the app fills in the Key ID for you automatically.
Why are my proceeds an estimate?
Apple reports proceeds in each territory local currency. Appvantage converts them to your display currency using daily exchange rates, so daily proceeds are an estimate. The Payouts view shows the real amount in your payout currency from Apple monthly finance reports.
Why is there no data for today?
Apple publishes reports with about a one-day delay, so the latest single day is often empty. The default view is one week so you always see recent numbers.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your key stays in your device Keychain, every request goes straight to Apple, and nothing is sent to us. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I remove my data?
Open Settings in the app and use Reset Data, remove an individual account, or delete the app.
Is it a subscription?
No. Appvantage is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad. Requires iOS 18 or later. Available in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, German, and Japanese.
