The biography details the life of John Forbes Nash Jr., a prominent mathematician, known for his Nash equilibrium theory. The film was released on 21 December 2001 in the United States. At the time, the film received favorable reviews from critics, and Russell Crowe, the main actor, received wide acclaim for his performance.
