GitHub Education에 접속하여 'Benefits'를 클릭하고, Step 3의 순서에 따라 학교 이메일을 등록해주세요.
Visit GitHub Education and click on 'Benefits', then register your school email according to Step 3.경북대학교 소속이라면, 영문 재학증명서를 발급받기 위해 아래의 팁을 참조해주세요.

GitHub 홈페이지에서 Setting에 들어가세요.
Go to the "Settings" on the GitHub homepage.Code, planning, and automation > Copilot
Suggestions matching public code에서 option을 선택하고 ' Save '를 누르세요.
Select the option "Save" in Suggestions matching public code.

This tip is for the previous trial users.교육용 계정 등록을 완료한 후에도 GitHub 페이지에서 'Settings > Copilot' 화면이 오른쪽 그림과 같이 나타납니다. 이 경우, 'Buy Copilot'을 클릭해주세요.
After completing the process of setting up an education account, click the link "Buy Copilot".이 단계에서 유료 버전에 대한 청구는 발생하지 않으니 걱정하지 마세요.

교육용 계정 등록이 정상적으로 완료되었다면, 오른쪽 그림과 같은 화면이 나타날 것입니다. 'Get access to GitHub Copilot' 버튼을 클릭해주세요.
If you have an education account, you are eligible to use GitHub Copilot for free automatically. Click on the button "Get access to GitHub Copilot".
'Suggestions matching public code' 옵션에서 'Allow'를 선택해주세요. 그 다음, 'Save and get started'를 클릭해주세요.
Select the 'Allow' option to grant necessary permissons, then click on "Save and get started" to begin using the application."
이제 GitHub Copilot을 사용할 준비가 끝났습니다.
