📑 Terms of Use – ArabiNet: Secure VPN

By downloading and using ArabiNet: Secure VPN (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy 

1. Service Use

• The App provides VPN services for personal, lawful use only.

• Users must not use the service or VpnService for illegal activities, fraud, copyright infringement, operating botnets, or distributing malicious content.

2. Service Uptime & Limitations

• We aim to maintain reliable connectivity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, latency-free, or error-free service.

• Connection time earned through rewarded ads is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and is subject to third-party ad availability.

3. Subscriptions, Purchases & Refunds

• Purchases: The App offers free usage with ads and optional premium subscriptions or one-time purchases via Google Play Billing. Payments are handled securely by Google Play; we do not store payment details.

• Purchase Benefits: Benefits depend on the purchased plan. Remove Ads purchases remove advertisements only and do not include Premium VPN features.

• Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Access normally continues until the paid period ends.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law.

4. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

The free version may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners (such as Meta Audience Network). Ads are subject to personalization settings depending on your region and preferences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and VPN services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, speed, security, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arabian Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, loss of connectivity, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App following published updates means you accept the changes.
