1. Use of Android VpnService & Local Storage

ArabiNet utilizes the Android VpnService API to establish a secure, encrypted device-level tunnel to our remote proxy servers.

• Core Purpose: The VpnService is strictly used to provide secure VPN connectivity and encrypt network traffic in transit.

• No Traffic Manipulation: We do not manipulate, redirect, filter, or inject advertisements into your device's web traffic or third-party application traffic.

• No Browsing Logs: We do not monitor, log, store, or sell your personal browsing history, origin IP addresses, or destination traffic. Connection history may be stored locally on your device for user convenience. DNS handling varies by connection type and device settings.

2. Information We Collect & Service Providers

We prioritize user privacy and do not require account creation, registration, or personal identification details to use core VPN features.

• Support & Feedback Data: If you contact us for support or send feedback, we receive the information and attachments you voluntarily choose to provide.

• Information Processed by Service Providers: We use Firebase services, Google AdMob, and Meta Audience Network for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising, as applicable. Our service providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, diagnostics, and advertising data to operate and improve the app and deliver ads.

3. How We Use Information

We process technical and operational data to:

• Establish, maintain, and optimize secure VPN connectivity.

• Diagnose app crashes, perform bug fixes, and monitor system performance via Firebase Crashlytics.

• Manage in-app monetization (rewarded ad unlocks, banners) and process optional In-App Purchases or Subscriptions via Google Play Billing.

• Defend against network abuse, malicious activity, and fraud.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or online activities. Data is shared exclusively with authorized service providers acting on our behalf:

• Analytics, Diagnostics & Monetization: Firebase services, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Pangle, as applicable.

• Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely by Google Play; we do not store payment details.

Data is retained only as necessary for the stated purposes, subject to our service providers’ retention policies.
