Call for Papers and Submissions

• Please submit your paper online by 23:59 Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9) on December 15, 2025. The paper submission portal is here.

• Only full drafts of papers will be considered.

• Submit your paper in PDF format. Please ensure that all fonts, symbols, and equations appear correctly.

• Your submission should include:

  • Paper title, author(s), and abstract (maximum 150 words)

  • Your name, affiliation, and email address.

  • Suggestion of two preferred discussants for your paper (name and affiliation)

  • If you are a graduate student, please indicate so.

• The presenter of an accepted paper must be a JADE member. If you are not currently a member, please join JADE, either as a full member or student member (student membership is free of charge), by March 10, 2026. You can complete your membership registration here.

• Travel may be partially funded for graduate students whose papers are accepted for presentation (up to JPY 50,000 for domestic participants, JPY 100,000 from Asia, and JPY 150,000 from Europe, the Americas, or Africa). Please note that funding is limited.

• The final and completed version of all accepted papers must be received by March 10, 2026.

Hayami Award

• The sixth Hayami Award will be announced at the conference.

• The selection of the Hayami Award is based on the final version of papers presented by an author who is eligible for the Hayami Award at the conference.

• Indicate if you are eligible for the Hayami Award when you submit your paper.

Fuwa Award

• The fifth Fuwa Award will be announced at the conference.

• The selection of the Fuwa Award is not related to papers submitted for the conference.
