The dinner is held at the Museum of Artistic Processes and Public Art, Finngatan 2.
The museum, established in 1934, was created with the goal of preserving the artistic process. It is a distinctive institution dedicated to exploring the creative journey, housing the world's largest collection of sketches, models, and preparatory works related to both Swedish and international public art. The museum is part of Lund University.
The dinner is prepared and served by restaurant På Skissernas.
Please note that the conference dinner is by invitation only. Invited guests should be present at the museum at 18.30 on Friday.
Rules at the Museum and in the Conference Dinner Hall
Ending time of events must be respected, and all guests must leave the museum on time.
Bags larger than 20x30 cm are not allowed inside the museum. Lockers are available in the reception area for secure storage.
Please do not touch the artwork, as it causes damage.
Confetti, glitter, or similar materials are not allowed in the museum or in Birgit Rausing Hall (the dinner hall).
Flash photography is prohibited in the exhibition rooms.
Materials such as ink, paint, clay, etc., are not permitted inside the museum.
Food and drinks are only allowed inside Birgit Rausing Hall (the dinner hall) and are strictly forbidden in the exhibition rooms.
Bringing your own beverages into the museum is not allowed.
