Class Library Checkout

When you would like to check out a book from Mrs. Hayden's class library, you must click on the button below and fill out the Google Form when checking out or returning the book. You have one week from the date that you selected to return the book. If you would like to have more time with the book, you must check in with me and fill out the Google Form again!
