Equipment We Use

K2 (EMF) Meters

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are emitted by electrical devices of all types. EMFs are everywhere, originating from appliances, cell phones, electrical wiring, and even the human body. The meter helps to measure these fields to identify appliances that produce high level emissions, allowing users to make informed decisions about limiting exposure. This tool helps us to determine if your experiences are occurring because of overexposure or the paranormal.

SB7 Spirit Box

A device used for contacting spirits through the use of radio frequency. These devices also known as Ghost Box or Frank’s box are used as an electronic medium for the purpose of direct communication with a spirit.

FLIR

Forward looking infrared (FLIR) thermal cameras, a form of night vision technology, use infrared sensors to display infrared energy, or heat. They don’t require any ambient light and can pierce through obscurants like smoke, fog, and haze. Because of this, many investigators rely on thermal cameras to discover hot or cold spots they might not otherwise find. Thermal technology helps investigators see things that aren’t visible to the naked eye.

Night Shot Cameras

These are regular hand-held cameras much like most use in everyday filming. The cameras used by the group have had the IR shield removed, to be used in tandem with IR lights, in order to be able to see Infrared light.

Infrared Lights

Infrared (IR) Lights are used with night shot cameras to see the absence of white light.

Voice Recorders

Voice recorders are used to do just as their name implies - record voices, along with any other noise that may occur during an investigation.

Trap (Game) Cameras

These work the same as the night shot cameras with the IR's, but instead of filming, they take still photos.
