When we prepare your rental unit for you, we re-key the locks, prior to move-in. When we re-key your unit there are 2 keys. We give one key to you and the other is placed in a key safe. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU HAVE AN EXTRA KEY MADE AT A LOCAL HARDWARE STORE OR LOCK SMITH. We can make an additional copy for you for $35.00.
If you lock yourself out we can make a duplicate key for you.
Your key can be ready in 5 hours for $35.00.
Or it can be ready in 2 hours for $75.00.
Keys can only be issued to an adult who is named on the lease, unless other arrangements are made and authorized.
