This roster template has two sheets:

• Master Roster Sheet- collects cadet's full name, rank, gender, grade, and contact information. It automatically collects the total number of cadets per rank, as well as the total number of cadets per gender (Male= M, Female= F, and Non-binary= X). The contact information for the school commandant and the Brigade Advisor can also be stored here

• Battalion Statistics- collects the cadet's full name, initial rank at the beginning of the school year, current rank, number of promotions throughout the year, number of awards earned, number of community service hours, and the number of events attended this school year. As well as this, to the right of the main data collection table is a table with every ribbon that a cadet may earn, so a tally can be made

The benefit of this roster is that it allows Battalions to collect sufficient data that can be used to make AGI prep much more easier and efficient. While raw data has to be manually inputted, total values of numeric data are collected.
