・File format: Please submit in PDF file. Maximum file size is 10 MB.

・File name: 「abstract. Name of the presenter」　　　e.g.）「abstract. Taro GIGAKU」

Once you have submitted your abstract upon advanced online registration,

　we DO NOT accept re-submission of your abstract. Please check carefully before submission.

(2) Slides of Power Point for Online Presentation for 5 minutes (For Conference day)

・ Each of the main and sub SDG logo should be appear on the slide.

INSTRUCTIONS ( ON CONFERENCE DAY)

　 All participants give 5 minutes oral presentation

1 group has 5 presenters. When 1 presenter finishes, the next presenter will start presentation.

When all 5 presenters finishes, we will have 10-minute question time, in which

the 5 presenter will be asked questions for their presentations.

・Format： ONLINE presentation with Power Point

・Spoken Language: ENGLISH basically, but Japanese could be used partially.

・Length per person: 5 min. of presentation plus 10 min. group Q&A Please refer to : Instructions

・Other remarks:

The session will be held using Zoom.

At the time of your presentation, you will share your slides from your own PC screen.

The information on how to use Zoom will be available at this website or notify by e-mail before the conference.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

・For students, please make sure to get advised from academic supervisor for the contents of your presentation

　・Your research doesn't have to be completed. It could be report of your progress or introduction of your idea, etc.......

　・Your presentation time, room number, and presentation number will be informed before the conference

・Call for Full Manuscripts for Transactions on GIGAKU (Optional)

Research Presentation in 6th STI-Gigaku 2021, can submit full manuscripts in English to be published

in the “Transactions on GIGAKU”, a Peer-reviewed online journal, which will be published after the Conference.
