Welcome Middle School Families!
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, through Google Meet or in person. Please review the following:
You may sign up to meet with any teachers of your choice; it does not need to be the homeroom teacher. Meeting with any one of the five teachers will fulfill the requirement to receive your student's report card.
Each of us teaches 110 students, so unfortunately we are not able to meet with every family.
Conference slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have multiple children in middle school, please book only one appointment slot per teacher.
To help ensure availability for families who may have greater academic concerns, we kindly ask that you do not sign up for an ELA or Math conference if your student currently has an A in the class.
Instructions for signing up:
If you would like to sign up to meet with a teacher, please click on their name below and select a meeting time.
In the pop-up box, please write your student’s name AND indicate whether you will be attending in person or virtually.
After signing up for a slot, a Google Meet link will be automatically created. For virtual conferences, please click on that link at the time of your meeting. For in-person conferences, please come to STEM at your scheduled time.
