Emily Tremaine Hall Foundation (EHTF) would like to invite Architectural and Planning teams to partner with EHTF board members, staff and committees to develop a masterplan for a recently acquired site located at 6 Opening Hill Road in Madison, CT. This site is significant to the foundation’s history and legacy. It is currently zoned for residential use and the intent of the foundation is to re-develop and utilize the site in the future for philanthropic activities that align with the foundation’s mission, as well as to connect with the greater community. The site will also serve as the Foundation’s headquarters which will include offices and meeting spaces.
The modified Proposal Response Submission date is now March 8 by 5:00 pm ET (digital submission).
This represents a one-week extension that is responsive to requests from several prospective respondents.
The time period to register an intent to submit has expired.
