Kelly Moreira: Kelly is one of our brightest members, she speaks four different languages and brings a lot of diversity to the team. Also, her role on the team is a content contributor for our finance department. As a co-content creator she is pulling out relevant theories, principles and general practices from our class. She then spearheads the sharing of this information in our blog.
Benjamin Oldroyd: Benjamin brings professionalism to the table. He is an expert in team performance and he is our communication specialist. He is the first point of contact when you reach out to uvu5aconsulting@gmail.com. Ben is skilled in many talents and has auditioned for American Idol in the past.
Oscar Barahona: Oscar speaks two languages and is in charge of the organizational culture for our consulting projects. He is also our spectacular director of marketing! Oscar makes sure that our blog posts are appealing to our target audiences, and that our web presence is maximized. Oscar comes from a family of 21 brothers and sisters.
Michael Taggart: Michael is The CEO and founder of 5a consulting. He brings a lot of organization and teamwork to the table by ensuring everyone is aware of what is coming up ahead, and that everyone has the tools and support to succeed in their roles. Michael loves team player games like Dungeons and Dragons.
Charity Moore: Charity is the one who can make things happen. Charity is an event planner expert and she loves to be creative. Charity loves people and to interact with everyone. As a co-content creator she is pulling out relevant theories, principles and general practices from our class. She then spearheads the sharing of this information in our blog.
Our mission is to obtain a complete understanding of Organizational Behavior Theories through discussion, practical practice, and feedback. Along the way, we want to share the principles learned with those in our daily lives, helping to build a greater vision of success in workplace cultures and environments.
Our team believes in each other. We are confident in each other's expertise and abilities to build together a professional ePortfolio and learn valuable organizational skills.
We work as one. If one of us doesn't have the time to get a task done, we pull together to assist that individual, and overcome challenges as a team. If anyone has confusion, we work together to clear this up.
We keep in close daily contact with each other via txt message. We utilize Google Docs and Email to work together on projects. We have 2 weekly Zoom meetings on Monday's and Thursday's 4pm-5pm so that we can keep current on our upcoming projects and overcome challenges found in ongoing projects.
