Political Contribution Refund (PCR)

Make your contribution to "House District 58B Republican Party of Minnesota" for up to $75 per person ($150 per couple) in a calendar year. Mail your check to:

We will mail you the official EP-3 contribution receipt.
Fill out Political Contribution Refund Application form.
Send in your receipt and completed PCR application form to:

Receive the full amount of your contribution from the state in the mail after a few short weeks.
