Level Up Your ELA Projects

Session Description: Are you ready to take your English language arts (ELA) projects to the next level and move beyond traditional worksheets and tests? This workshop will guide you through strategies for integrating project-based assessments into your ELA classroom. Discover how to harness technology to foster a learning environment where students can articulate and share the profound connections they’ve established between literature, their personal journeys, other texts, and the global community. 

As a result of this session, educators will:

1. Discover a variety of digital tools and resources that facilitate in-class projects.

2. Develop a deeper understanding of project-based assessments as a means of evaluation.

3. Design a project prototype that resonates with your teaching style.
