Here are some Frequently Asked Questions with their Answers.
1. Can I register for the two courses?
Yes, however, you have to pay N1,000 administrative fee for each course making it N2,000. Also, ensure you complete both courses within the stipulated period. In the end, you will get two e-certificates. Good luck!
2. What is the use or worth of the certificates?
The certificates are micro-credentials which fall under the category of Continuous Professional Development, CPD. They only show shreds of evidence of learning and professional development which can be added to your resume/CV.
3. Is it compulsory to complete the courses within the time frame?
Yes, it is compulsory to complete the course within the time frame to avoid losing access to it or them, and your expected certificate of completion.
4. Will I get my certificate without taking the Quick test?
No, those who refuse to take the online quick test will not get any certificate of completion. The program is designed to issue certificates to only those who complete their courses. Also, note that those who enroll for the two courses MUST take the two assessments, one for each course.
5. Will there be another phase of the program?
Sure! This is the maiden edition of the program. It will continue periodically with different events and innovations and for different cohorts.
6. What if I can't complete my course, will I get a refund?
No, there will be no refund. You have to forfeit your courses or enroll afresh to join the next cohort by paying another registration fee.
7. After payment, can someone replace me?
No, we have no provision for such.
8. Can a school book in bulk or group?
Yes, schools can register their staff in groups and make group payments.
9. What are the acceptable payment channels?
We accept all payment channels provided we get evidence of payments with corresponding credit alerts. Where there is any payment dispute, we shall resolve it by following conventional bank procedures.
10. If I misplace my certificate, can I get a replacement for it?
Yes, you can get a replacement within two weeks by paying a token of N500. However, to avoid losing your certificate, ensure you print it out as soon as you get it to your registered email address.
11. What device can I use to take the courses?
The courses are optimized for easy access on Android phones, Laptops, iPads, Tablets etc.
12. Is there any specification for accessing the courses?
13. Is the program a virtual live training?
No, it is an online self-paced course. Participants will access their courses online 24/7 within the period allocated to take them. So, it's not a live training.
14. How long does it take to complete each course?
There is no specific time for completing the courses. It all depends on the study pace and time dedicated to studying them. However, each course could be completed within two to seven days.
The courses are hosted on a Google app. So, all participants must have Gmail accounts/addresses to gain access to their courses.
