Fusion360 software has been used for designing the case of the 4th Layer device. While designing the device, 2 extensions are made for the device to hang from the mask. 4th layer device can be worn by simply putting the face mask’s elastic cord through these extensions. A window has been placed at the front of the case in order to inform the user, if the device is working or not, by the LEDs at the PCB.

Two-cylinder extensions have been placed inside the case so that PCB mounting holes can go through those cylinder extensions and stay perfectly still inside the case. So that the PCB can stand still, and PCB’s stabilizations resulted in not moving inside the case and damaging itself.
