Renewal of your license is required every five years. Renewals are relatively simple and can be done at your convivence. A quick review of the 5-73-301 laws for carrying concealed and a short live fire drill. Most renewals can be done during a lunch break or after work.
Fee: $45.00 and requires a live fire drill.

RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS,
AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT.
Whereas, in return for the use of the facility and the equipment, instruction in firearms, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledge, the undersigned agrees to the following: To indemnify, hold harmless and defend James Schrauger of 479-tacital (hence forth known as ” Instructor”) and James Snow of Rebel Arms Sporting goods (hence forth know as “Facility”), and including all employees, agents, and/or assistants of said Instructor and Facility, from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with Student’s presence at and/or participation in the course of instruction; the use of instruction in the future; the discharge of firearms by the Student; presence on or use of the range, building, land, and Facility; and, any and all acts or omissions of Student. Student further more waives for him/herself and for his/her executors, personal representatives, administrators, assignees, heirs and next of kin, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions or claims whatsoever, which he/she may have or which may arise against Instructor (including but not limited to the death of Student and/or any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered by Student or Student’s property or any other student or student’s property),which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: Student’s course of instruction; the Facility, including and latent defect in the Facility; Student’s presence on or use of said Facility; Student’s property; and the use of ammunition and discharge of firearms. Student hereby expressly assumes all risk of taking part in the course for instruction in firearms and taking part in the activities on the Facility, which included, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition.
Student hereby acknowledges and agrees that Student has read this instrument and understands its terms and is executing the instrument voluntarily. Student furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands, and will at all times abide by all Arkansas laws pertaining to firearms and firearm instruction and the rules of the firing range in accordance to Arkansas state law and rules set forth by Instructor.
Student hereby acknowledges and agree that the Student is: - Not a felon,
- Not an illegal immigrant,
- Not a person under the age of 21,
- Not a person found by a court to have mental disabilities,
- Not a Fugitive of justice,
- Not a person convicted of a violet crime,
- Not a person convicted of habitual drug and alcohol abuse.
Student hereby acknowledges that photos and video may be taken during the course of instruction and agree that Students image may be used for advertising. Student hereby acknowledges and understands that by enrolling, attending, and confirming payment of said instruction, the Student is therefor substantiating release of liability and fully comprehend the structure and nature of the class, and also the risk involved before being allowed to participate in the instruction of a firearm.
