Please fill out the registration form below. Each Student must fill out His/ Her own registration form. Class size is limited and space fills up quickly. Only those who have completed the registration process and confirmed payment of class will be guaranteed a space for the date and time you have requested. On the chance there is an over response to a particular class, date, and/ or time; a 479-Tactical representative will contact you with options to fit your needs.
