We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ToddlerTalk on your iOS device.
2. Intended Use
ToddlerTalk is for entertainment and parenting assistance purposes only. It is not a medical or diagnostic tool.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app and the recordings you create.
You must not use ToddlerTalk for illegal or harmful activities.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology in ToddlerTalk are owned by Adam Revetta.
5. AI-Generated Content
Suggestions and translations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.
You acknowledge and accept that results are for informational purposes only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ToddlerTalk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use ToddlerTalk.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
