Audio Recordings: You may record short clips of your toddler’s voice. These recordings are processed in real time and not stored on our servers.
Device Information: We may collect basic, non-identifying technical data (like iOS version or app crash logs) to improve performance.
No Account Required: ToddlerTalk does not require a user account, and we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, or address.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process your toddler’s speech and provide AI-generated suggestions.
To maintain and improve app functionality.
To debug and resolve technical issues.
3. Data Retention
We do not permanently store audio recordings.
Transcriptions and AI suggestions are temporarily processed in memory and saved only on your device.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
AI processing may involve sending temporary audio data to our processing partner (e.g., OpenAI) under strict privacy agreements.
5. Children’s Privacy
ToddlerTalk is designed for parents, not for unsupervised children. We comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
6. Security
All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in-app.
