Openning registration for the SSDD3
Dear colleagues and PhD students,
The next SSDD2021 session will be held in October, respecting the same criteria of selection, namely, the equilibrium of regions, universities, or other establishments and the highest profile near the Drug Design topic.
This session will have broadly the same program as the 1st edition including the themes:
Software hand-on tutorials (Didacticiels pratiques du logiciels)
Molecular & Bio Modelling
Molecular Docking
SAR/QSAR
Pharmacokinetics & ADME(T)
An advanced SSDD session is also planned for the 1st session's participants with a more elaborate program, and more specific to the in silico topics. The date of the 2nd advanced session will be communicated as soon as possible.

This 3rd In Silico School is focused on the computational tools utilized in Drug Discovery and Drug Design. Lectures and tutorials will cover both ligand-based drug design (molecular docking, molecular dynamics and pharmacophores) and structure-based drug design (SAR, QSAR, QSPR, deep learning and structural bioinformatics tools). The lectures and on-hands tutorials will improve your skills on drug design and ligand selection challenges.
