Camps and Sleepovers
Throughout the year, the cubs will attend a number of hikes, sleepovers and camps. The sleepovers tend to be held at our scout hut whilst the camps are held at local scouting campsites in tents.
Sleepovers and camps are important to help the cubs learn some of the fundamentals of camping prior to moving to scouts but also play a important part in some of the challenge badges (outdoor and adventure).
As a group we aim to keep the cost of these down and in general a sleepover will be approx £10 and a weekend camp £35 to £45 (dependent on the activities planned)
