Users can request deletion of their 3Phase Starter account and associated data.
To request deletion of your account and associated data:
Send an email to info@diodetronix.com.
Use the subject line: Delete My 3Phase Starter Account.
Include the email address registered with your 3Phase Starter account.
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:
User account and AWS Cognito authentication information.
User profile information, including name and email address.
User ID.
Linked or claimed devices associated with your account.
Device telemetry and event history stored in the App's cloud infrastructure.
All applicable account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving a valid deletion request.
We do not retain personal data after account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
