Abstract Submission

Interested researchers are welcome for the participating in the conference (Registration link) and are invited to submit an abstract of their research paper only through the Google form for Abstract Submission, as a Word document in attachment on or before February 28, 2026. From the submitted abstracts, some will be selected for contributed talks (Oral Session) by the Scientific Committee. Other abstracts will be selected for poster presentations.

Please upload the abstract as a Word file (.doc or .docx) in A4 size format (Margins: Normal or 2.54 cm). The file name should follow this structure: FirstName_Abstract.

Abstract Text:

Maximum length: 200–250 words.
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Alignment: Justified.
Line spacing: Single.
Margins: 1 inch on all sides.

Keywords:

3–5 keywords, Times New Roman, 12 pt, italic.

File Format:

Submit as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file.

Call for Full Manuscript:

Only selected high-quality full research papers will be published in the Special Issue of ICRE-2026 in reputed research journals indexed in scopus/SCI/Web of Science/ Springer Proceedings (proceedings book publication), subject to the respective journals/proceedings terms and conditions.

The publication confirmation has been received from the following journals:

Environmental Science and Pollution Research (ESPR), Springer Nature, Impact Factor = 4.463.
International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (IJHE), Elsevier, Impact Factor = 8.3.

Important Instructions for Presentations:

Oral presentations: Interested candidates will be allowed to give an oral presentation of the research work.

Kindly note the following important instructions for the electronic paper presentation:

Presentations should be prepared in PPT format. Kindly avoid the use of animations and videos.
Presentations should not be of more than 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion).
No need to submit your ppt for the presentation, but will share on screen at the time of your presentation. The link will be provided by conference organizers.
Other important instructions regarding the electronic paper presentation will be shared with you by organizers, if required.
There are best presentations award and will be announced during Valedictory function.

Poster: Please display your Poster/E-Poster Presentation as a 1-page (size: 1 meter x 1 meter)/ PDF file (File format: .PDF) in portrait orientation (PowerPoint). The E-poster session will be organized using virtual rooms (breakout rooms) through ZOOM/ GOOGLE MEET at the time of session.

Separate virtual technical sessions will be created for each online poster presentation during the poster session. You are asked to present a poster and discuss the result with audiences visiting during the session. Please prepare your ppt or PDF slides for the Virtual activity through Zoom/Google sharing.

Only Registered participants are allowed for oral / poster presentation (maximum one presentation is allowed).

Conference Scientific Committee has right to take decision for oral and poster presentation.
