The Conference Organizing Committee has arranged a limited number of accommodation rooms at the UGC- MMTTC Guest House for the convenience of participants. The rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants who wish to avail themselves of this facility are requested to note that the accommodation charges must be borne by the participants themselves.

Room Charges: ₹800 per room per day (Double Occupancy).

To minimize accommodation costs, participants may be allotted shared rooms with another participant. 

Participants are requested to reach the accommodation location on their own. Please book a ride or auto to the guest house from anywhere in Jaipur (railway station, bus station, airport, etc.), as it is located within 7–8 km. we will share location for the same.

Other important Notice: Accommodation will be arranged by participants at their own cost. Various nearby accommodation options—such as hotels, guest houses, and short-stay rented houses or properties located near the University are available, and participants may choose according to their preference.
