These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern Your use of the 3D Mockups application (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the conditions below. The following definitions apply regardless of singular or plural usage.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Application means 3D Mockups, the software program provided by the Developer and downloaded by You on any electronic device.
Application Store means the Apple App Store, the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. through which the Application is distributed.
Content means any content posted, uploaded, or made available by You, including text and images.
Device means any device accessing the Service (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
Feedback means suggestions or feedback provided by You regarding the Service.
In-app Purchase means a purchase made through the Application, including Subscriptions.
Service refers to the Application.
Subscriptions means paid access to parts of the Service on a recurring basis.
Promotions means contests or offers provided via the Service, where available.
Terms and Conditions (also "Terms") means the entire agreement governing use of the Service.
Third-party Services means external services, software development kits, or content integrated with the Service, including advertising and analytics providers.
You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Developer (also "I", "Me", or "My") means the individual who owns and provides this Application.
3D Mockups provides tools for placing your designs and artwork onto 3D apparel and accessory models (such as shirts, hoodies, caps, and bags), previewing the result in real time, and exporting images or videos from the model. New models and features may be added over time.
By using the Service, You agree to these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You must not use the Service. Use of the Service also requires acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the Content You upload to the Service. You are solely responsible for the Content You provide and for ensuring that You hold the rights necessary to upload and use it.
The content and features of the Service are the property of the Developer. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You must not upload Content that infringes the copyrights or trademarks of any third party.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Reverse engineering the Application;
Circumventing Subscriptions or any payment mechanism;
Unauthorized access to the Service's systems;
Uploading unlawful Content.
In-app Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law. Faulty purchases will be assessed and may be repaired or refunded via the Application Store.
Subscription Period: Billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled before the current period ends.
Cancellation: Manage via your Apple ID Account settings or the Apple App Store.
Billing: You must provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, which handles In-app billing.
Fee Changes: I may change fees with prior notice.
Refunds: Governed by Apple's policies. Refund requests must be handled through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
I may share data with Apple — including usage time, account status, and purchase details — when processing refunds.
The Service may display advertisements and use third-party services for advertising and analytics, including Google AdMob and Google Firebase. These providers may collect and process certain device and usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies in order to deliver and measure advertising and to analyze how the Service is used. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. For details on the data collected, please see the Privacy Policy.

I may suspend or terminate access without notice for violation of these Terms. Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases immediately.
3D Mockups is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to the greater of the amount You paid through the Service or USD 100. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless required by law.
The Service is provided without warranties. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict of law rules.
Please try to resolve issues informally by contacting Me before pursuing legal action.
EU consumers retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
You confirm that You are not under U.S. embargo or on any restricted party list.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Waivers of rights must be in writing.
The original English version of these Terms controls in the event of any dispute.
I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
You grant the Developer a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your Feedback to improve the Service.
