I (referred to as "I", "Me", or "the Developer") am committed to protecting and respecting Your privacy.
This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data I collect from You, or that You provide to Me, will be processed. By using the 3D Mockups application or its services, You agree to the practices described in this Policy. This document addresses privacy globally, including for users covered under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
The App lets You create 3D mockups by applying images or designs You select onto 3D apparel and accessory models (such as shirts, hoodies, caps, and bags) within the App, and preview or export the result.
Only the images and files You explicitly select within the App are processed to generate your mockups. No other data on your device is accessed without your permission.
I do not sell your personal data or use it for profiling. Limited data is shared with my advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting providers solely to operate, secure, and improve the App, and (if advertising is enabled) to display and measure ads, as described below.
You can contact Me at any time with questions or to request deletion of your data.
Photos and Files: Only those You manually select within the App, used to generate your mockups. When You choose to export a mockup, the App can save the resulting image or video to your device's photo library, with your permission. These exports remain on your device and are not transmitted to Me.
Device Information: Includes OS version, device model, app version, anonymized/approximate IP-based location, in-app events (such as screens viewed and features used), and an advertising identifier (only if advertising is enabled and where permitted).
Diagnostic Information: Crash reports and related diagnostic data used to detect and fix problems.
Purchase Information: Your subscription and purchase status, provided to Me by the Apple App Store. Apple processes your payment; I do not receive or store your payment card details.
To operate the App and generate your 3D mockups.
To display and measure advertising (if enabled).
To analyze usage, detect crashes, improve the App, and maintain stability.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to detect and fix crashes and errors. These services may collect device information, app version, in-app events, and diagnostic/crash data. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. The data is used to improve the reliability and features of the App and is not used to sell your personal information.
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and limited usage data. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. Where required (for example, under Apple's App Tracking Transparency), the App will request your permission before tracking, and You can limit or reset the advertising identifier in your device settings at any time. If You do not grant tracking permission, You may still see non-personalized ads.
As an independent developer and data controller:
Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Data is collected only for the purposes described in this Policy.
Data is retained only as long as necessary and kept secure.
If You are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the App presents a consent prompt (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before any advertising or non-essential data collection takes place, and You can change your choice at any time.
You have rights under the GDPR, including:
Access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
Objection to processing or withdrawal of consent.
Data portability.

I may collect anonymized usage data to analyze and improve the App's features.
I do not sell or trade your personal data.
I do not share your data with third parties except: (a) service providers who help operate, secure, and improve the App — such as Apple (for purchases) and Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and, if advertising is enabled, AdMob) — as described in this Policy; and (b) when required by law or to protect the safety of users.
I use encryption, secure storage, and platform-level protections (iOS sandboxing and permission-based access). While no system is 100% secure, I take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your data is stored only as long as needed to provide the App's functionality.
You can request deletion of your data at any time.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If You believe a child has provided Me with personal data, please contact Me so I can delete it.
California Users (USA): I do not sell your personal information and do not share it for direct marketing purposes.
I may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be published in-app or through the App Store listing. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
