Our campaign aims to expunge 1000 criminal records.  This will have an immediate impact on the success of those pursuing housing, employment, and mental health services.  

The stigma and mental burden of continually being confronted with explaining a criminal record has been identified as the number one impediment to accessing resources and transitioning back into society after a period of justice involvement.  

Here are ways you can help.

We are an educational and informational nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources, guidance, and community support regarding criminal record expungement in Missouri. We do not guarantee that any petition for expungement will be granted by the court. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, applicable statutes, and judicial discretion. While we may assist with preparation of forms and petitions, we recommend consultation with a licensed attorney for legal advice or representation.
