Our founder began working in the automotive field at just nine years old, gaining early exposure in a salvage yard dismantling parts and assisting in local repair shops. 1. Labor Warranty:

All labor performed by 360 Mechanic Inc. is covered by a 6-month warranty.
If an issue arises due to improper installation or workmanship, we will correct it at no additional labor cost.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or customer-supplied part defects are not covered.

2. Parts Warranty:

Parts Supplied by 360 Mechanic Inc.: Most come with manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the part and the manufacturer. We honor all applicable manufacturer warranties for parts we supply and install.
Customer-Supplied Parts: Only the labor performed by our technicians is covered under the 6-month labor warranty. Any issues related to the parts themselves must be resolved with the original manufacturer.
Exclusions: Wear-and-tear items such as brake pads, tires, and fluids are not covered.

3. Important Note on Replacement and Labor:

The 6-month labor warranty covers the work performed, not the parts themselves.
If a part fails due to defect or quality issues, the part may be replaced under warranty, but any labor to remove and reinstall the part will be charged as a new service, unless the failure was caused by improper installation.
Customer-supplied parts are installed at the owner’s request; only the labor for installation is covered by the warranty.
Example: If a used engine or transmission is installed correctly and fails due to being defective, the replacement part may be covered, but the labor to remove and reinstall it is a separate service charge.

4. Returns & Refunds:

Service Fees: Non-refundable once the service is completed.
Parts Returns: Unused/uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase; a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds: Issued in the original form of payment.

5. Return & Warranty Claim Procedure:
To initiate a warranty claim or return:
