Forgiveness is a choice, the peace you feel when you let go of unresolved grievances, and for you not for the offender. Mindful forgiveness empowers you to navigate the hurt, honor the pain, mourn the loss, and extend forgiveness to yourself and others -- all while remaining mindfully present.
