Mindfulness is paying attention to and being aware of the present moment, whatever it is, with acceptance, kindness, and curiosity. Forgiveness is a choice, the peace you feel when you let go of unresolved grievances, and for you not for the offender. Mindful forgiveness empowers you to navigate the hurt, honor the pain, mourn the loss, and extend forgiveness to  yourself and others -- all while remaining mindfully present.
