2. How do I participate?

1. • Purchase our Big Sweep tickets online at www.bigsweepstore.com within the campaign period. 

3. How do I track my participations or my lucky draw chances?

You will automatically be entitled to the Lucky Draw when you made your ticket purchases via our Big Sweep store (www.bigsweepstore.com). Lucky draw chances are based on the number of ticket purchased. Please refer to 'How does it works?'.

4. How does it works?

• Purchase 50 tickets =  get 1 chance for Dreame L10s Ultra 8in1 Automatic Vacuum  under Big Ticket prize category.

• Purchase 100 tickets = get 3 chances, split equally to one (1) chance each for Big Ticket prizes category - Dreame L10s Ultra 8in1 Automatic Vacuum, Apple iPad Air 256GB, MIXI New Wide-Side Front Opening Luggage set (20” & 24”) 

• Purchase 200 tickets = get 6 chances, split equally to two (2) chances each for Big Ticket prizes category - Dreame L10s Ultra 8in1 Automatic Vacuum, Apple iPad Air 256GB, MIXI New Wide-Side Front Opening Luggage set (20” & 24”)

5. Why there's no lucky draw voucher/coupon?

No physical coupon/voucher will be issued as this is an auto entry lucky draw contest. The lucky draw chances will be generated by our backend system once the campaign ends.

6. When will the Lucky Draw results be out?

The Lucky Draw results will be shared in Facebook and in our Big Sweep App on the 2nd week of August 2023, more details will be released by the end of the campaign. 

7. How do I know if I have won the prize?

The winner will be informed/notified via Facebook, phone call, or any other modes of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer after the winner announcement on the 2nd week of August 2023. 

8. What should I do if I have won the prize?

The winner(s) is required to provide basic personal details via a google form and complete/sign a consent form which we will share when we contact the winner for verification purposes. 

9. When will I receive the prize?

Once  we have received the signed consent form and all the verification is completed, we will ship out the prize to the winner accordingly within 14 working days.
