Berserk Gene

Beserk gene had always been banned from 35 pokes, at least it was the intention.

However, there was a miscommunication and it was never clarified, spread, or 

technically enforced enough that Berserk Gene was illegal, rather it was more

assumed that people understood that it was banned because of it's status as

an illegal item in the National Dex team builder. This wasn't really an issue 

until the month of April. People started to look at different ways of innovation,

and when I say innovation I mean innovation, April 2024 is one of the most

innovated months out there. People realized there wasn't really a confirmation 

on the Beserk Gene ban, and they begun to creatively use Beserk Gene on

own temo Tinkaton. The set itself wasn't really problematic at all, but the 

usage of Beserk Gene was. Eventually the mods clarified that Berserk Gene

was illegal, and it was forbidden from being used.
