Steps to Accomplish AFRS IMT 1324 RAP Application

1. Contact a Recruiter at the location of your choosing and start working out dates for your RAP.

2. Once dates are finalized, download and fill all sections on the AFRS IMT 1327 that is attached on this page.

3. Once all sections are completed, email the AFRS IMT 1327 to the MTF org box at 345TRS.MTF.2@us.af.mil.

4. MTLs will review your records and approve/disapprove your RAP. They will route the AFRS IMT 1327 to the Recruiter's email, annotated on the form, for their signature and Approving Official signature.

5. Once MTLs receive your signed copy of the AFRS IMT 1327, they will print it out and hand them to you.
