30 Minute Life Coach delivers strategies to achieve your goals. A goal is defined as the desired result that a person anticipates and plans to accomplish. Strategies are the methods by which goals are expected to be achieved.

We believe that every situation you experience whether it’s good or bad is from a learned behavior. If it can be learned it can also be unlearned.

We define goals and develop effective strategies to achieve each one. Everyperson and situation is different but our goal is to get you moving in the direction of effective new learned behavior from our very first consultation. We focus on results driven outcome.
