Currently, there is no need for pre-registration. You are welcome to register here when the session is opened, or wait until your child's first day.
We accept checks or cash at the gym (lock box on parent deck), and credit cards through the Studio Director site. The session fee is paid in full at the beginning of the session, or a payment plan can be made with the current director of membership.
Our session fee pays for a 16-week session for the Fall and Winter/Spring sessions, and for a 12-week modified Summer schedule.
Of course! We welcome visitors any time during gym hours. Our gym is open during the school year from 3:45pm-8:00pm. Summer hours vary; M-Th 2pm-6pm, and Fridays, 9am-12pm generally would be okay.
Yes! We are happy to take children into the gym all year long. Depending on how far into the session we are, our registration process will pro-rate your fees.
Comfortable clothing. Leotards are not required, but are welcome, as are unitards, t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, leggings and sweats. We do not want children wearing jeans/jean shorts in the gym as the buttons and rivets could rip mats or get caught on equipment/mats/trampolines. If your child has forgotten their gym clothes, we may have some in the gym that may fit them, or they may be asked to sit out on some things.
Yes, the child with the highest fee pays their full fee. The second child receives a 25% discount. The third/fourth/fifth child receives a 50% discount. All children also have a club fee per session which is not discounted. These discounts are taken care of in the registration process.
We prefer if you choose a day and try to stick with it for the session. Our Studio Director program offers a choice of Monday (M) or Wednesday (W). Please choose the one that will best work for your schedule.
If my child is sick on one of his/her days, can he/she make it up?
Of course! We welcome gymnasts to make up sick days. If you are scheduled for a Monday, and your child is sick, feel free to make it up on Wednesday. Telling the coach as you arrive is helpful.
Yes! If the class you choose is offered more than one day a week, contact membership and we will adjust your enrollment. There will be additional tuition, of course.
We offer all classes during the summer. Our summer schedule is different from our school schedule as we have fewer weeks to offer classes. To make up for the difference, we offer slightly longer classes during the summer.
