We live in a vast and exciting universe on a spiral arm of a small galaxy called the Milky Way. Our planet revolves around a not-too-big middle aged star that we call the sun. But, what makes our solar system so special and the only place that humans can call home? Find out in this family-friendly set of activities designed to peak your curiosity and give you another set of things to do while you spend family time outside!

Using the menu on the top left of this page, try some or all of the activities and be prepared to access technology, see science in action, engineer projects, model math with real life applications and, most importantly, have fun!
